This book focuses on the issue of gender politics and institutional justice in Contemporary China. It starts from gender politics for its observation and reflection from the perspective of system. It takes system evolution and the change of gender politics into the vision of the new institutionalism of political science theory in order to build a suitable theoretical framework for the study of the system arrangement of gender politics in China, i.e. the analytical framework "Institution-Actors". This book observes the justice of the formal system of gender politics in Contemporary China, investigates the lack of contemporary gender politics, and makes a consideration on the reasons and difficulties of changes in contemporary gender politics institutions. It proposes possible paths and the general direction for the realization of gender equality in political participation in the future.
