Intangible capital of the universities includes operating intangible capital and social intangible capital, which are the main ways and methods of the universities to build special advantages and enhance the competitiveness. The development of the universities is inseparable from operating intangible capital, and more difficult to be separated from social intangible capital. Social intangible capital is the basic capital to determine the efficiency of the universities. The teachers with special advantages are the core elements of the intangible capital, and they should be the main starting point of the intangible capital operation and management. As woman universities, they should create teams of teachers with special advantages to build special characteristics of their university and enhance the competitiveness.
