This research explores the features of female college students' networking behavior and provides strategies based on gender differences. It has been found that female college students are less dependent on the Internet, using it mainly for emotional purposes. Most maintain the same identities in real life as on the Internet. Female students are also more adept at learning through networking and agree that there must be rules in place when networking.
