In comparison with previous physical education course content and systems, course selection methods have become the focus of colleges and university reforms in recent years. In order to address the problems that many students encounter when selecting courses, course selection on the Internet have been developed and applied to practical teaching management to become more people-oriented and student-centered. New methods focus on how students meet their needs and develop themselves in physical education classes. The reason for this research and discussion is to provide a basis for the reform of physical education under the new curriculum standards.
