Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an important impact on the work behavior of scientific and technical personnel. Through empirical research of female scientific and technical personnel in Beijing, a positive correlation between personnel job satisfaction and organizational commitment was found, with the main factors being: salary, benefits, the job itself, promotion opportunities and colleagues. The study suggests improving welfare of female staff and establishing an effective incentive mechanism to improve job satisfaction.
