Analysis of Ginling College's organizational changes from the cultural perspective shows that the college was born just as two heterogeneous cultures collided and saw the blending of Chinese modern society.After the New Culture Movement and the Anti-Christianity Movement,the modern scientific spirit led the college's main development.With the change of political ideology,it adjusted to the new regime's requirements,but ultimately did not escape the fate of being a Christian university.
