A total of 119 rural kindergarten teachers were asked to complete the Educational Concept of Kindergarten Teacher Questionnaire,Vocational Personality of Kindergarten Teacher Scale and Professional Abilities of Kindergarten Teacher Questionnaire.The results for the professional abilities questionnaire were the worst,while those for the vocational personality scale were the best.Senior-level abilities were worse than general abilities,especially in terms of establishing a good teaching environment,evaluation content and results,and professional development.The view on children of rural kindergarten teachers Rural teachers’views on children is the worst.Adaptability was the worst in the vocational personality of the rural kindergarten teachers.Each professional quality of teachers with less than 5 years of experience was worse than teachers with more than 5 years experience.
