The one-sidedness of the current college teaching quality evaluation system which relies on student feedback has caused some problems.The authors explore a five-dimensional evaluation system involving students,supervisors,administrators,colleagues and self-evaluation.The evaluation questionnaires are also designed according to the five aspects,after which the authors weigh every aspect differently.Subsequently,a weighted averaged model is designed and the authors rank all teachers according to the averaged value they get.
