Abstract:  
Legislative language can accurately express the intent and purpose of laws and regulations. Anomie impacts on laws' effective implementation. From a linguistic perspective,some of the problems hindering women's laws and regulations are improper composition,incomplete and inappropriate wording,ambiguous language and long-winded expressions. Reasonable suggestions are put forward in order to perfect the legal system of the women's rights and interests as well as attract lawmakers' attention.
