With the aggravation of environmental pollution in China, non environmental justice for both strong and vulnerable groups has become increasingly prominent. To construct an ecological civilization,it is necessary to provide a practical framework of Chinese thought to resolve conflicts and adjust policy. The new paradigm of deliberative democracy with its wide dialogue of fair, unrestrained participation in core issues has brought great changes to the practice of environmental justice. In our country deliberative democracy has already taken root, but research into environmental justice is still very weak.Eighteen comprehensive reports of the Party put forward the perfection of deliberative socialist deliberative democracy, and they will provide a broad space for research into democratic consultation on environmental justice.
