Women's college students in different grades have different dominating needs. After struggles to adapt in grade one, in second grade they become more adaptable in daily life and relationships, they attach greater importance to study, and they set up professional concepts. More importantly, they develop gender consciousness. Their independence, subjectivity and their desire to become outstanding women are stronger compared to other college students. But the experiences are insufficient in professional spheres and society. According to the characteristics of sophomores, based on the principles of orientation toward people, respect for differences, closeness to students, and the principles of perfecting their personalities, we should incorporate gender consciousness into moral education, and build layered moral education to promote the healthy growth of college students.
