Abstract:  
This study investigates the relationship between rural preschool teachers’ job satisfaction, tiredness about job burnout and job hopping intention in the form of a questionnaire survey. The results show that the job satisfaction of rural preschool teachers is in the medium high level on the whole. Teacher has the highest satisfaction of work itself and the lowest for the work reward. The tiredness about job and job hopping intention of rural preschool teachers' are below average level, job satisfaction, tiredness and job hopping intention have significant negative correlation. The two prediction variables—work itself and work reward—can explain 44.9% of the variance of the tiredness about job.Another three variables —satisfaction score, director and work environment can explain 24.7% of the variance of job hopping intention. The rural preschool teachers' job satisfaction can predict the tiredness about job and hopping intention.
