Published by the Social Sciences Academic Press in November 2015, the book analyzes relevant policies and regulations on women in terms of policy-making, implementations and efficiency. It comprehensively reviews the effect of policies and their deficiencies. It has particularly analyzed policies involving gender discrimination, blindness, neutrality and social gender sensitivity. Based on the investigation, the author illustrates how these policies have hindered the development of gender equality, and puts forward suggestions on carrying out policies conductive to the development of gender equality.
