Summary: With the influence of traditional culture, China's current imperfect social pension institution and other factors, most the elderly daily life care in China still mainly relies on family members. The research indicates that there is obvious gender difference in elderly home care, with a feminization trend. For modern women, gradually out of the family, there is a strong role conflict and greater pressure from the burden of care. The Feminization Trend of family caregivers greatly affects women's social status. The review examines the problem of the aging population, while in the meanwhile, paying great attention to the relationship between the aging population and the status of women.
