However, from the perspective of social gender analysis in starting point, process, and result of education, there are still significant gender differences and a turning of a blind eye to the gender discrimination. The specific performances are as follows. Women's, especially the rural females, access to higher education opportunity is still inadequate. There is gender segregation and a gender split phenomenon in the disciplines and specialties. There are gender differences in the teaching resource allocation and access. Gender discrimination exists in the teaching materials and teaching activities. The traditional role in the student organization and activities are continuously replicated. Campus culture implies in the laws and restrictions on women. Female employment unfairness and employment discrimination exists.
