Summary:

Academic Subjective Well-Being(SWB),as an ultimate goal in teaching, is perceived more significantly different by male Master’s graduates from their female counterparts. With female Master’s graduates, factors influencing their academic SWB consist of research activities, school regulations, social support as well as their academic majors. These four factors contribute to demographic features of academic SWB among female Master’s graduates, such as grade and university-type, and may be categorized into two groupings in relation to individual-behavior and social environment.
