This paper adopts the framework of analysis of system coordination for policies to examine the system coordination of social policy aimed at managing Sex Ratio at Birth (SRB). It recognizes poor coordination in the social policy system at the county level in managing SRB and suggests that lack of coordination exists among the subjects as well as the objects of the policy system, and between the subjects and the objects of the policy system. There also lack coordination between the social policy system and other policy systems, as well as between the social policy system and the social environment.
