Summary:

Based on an examination of the decision on the class analysis and evaluation of the women's movement adopted by the National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, this paper suggests that the women's movement as a concept brings together class, ethnicity and gender. Working women's movement and women's movement are two basic analytical categories. The Chinese Communist Party has adopted "dialectics" in its evaluation and attitude toward women's movement, which have changed as revolutionary conditions develop and evolve.
