Main findings and research value: The study analyzes 10 years’ efforts of Hebei Women's Federation in anti-family violence and finds that the phenomenon of repeated family violence has a close association with people’s lack of legal awareness, social indifference, gaps and loopholes in legislation, law enforcement and poor organizational structure. The study proposes anti-family violence legislative proposals to improve relevant legislation and the promotion of legal justice; by summing up the experience of anti-family violence agencies and community organizations, strengthening supervision of law enforcement, increasing publicity, standardizing training, this project hopes to improve the social mechanism of anti-family violence.
