This project indicates that: (1) in the traditional market economies such as the U.S. and Japan, the labor market for female labor is developing from "exclusion" to "acceptance" (positive direction), yet in China during the social transitional period , the labor market for female labor force is developing from "acceptance" to "exclusion" (reverse direction). After the transitional period, China's labor market for female labor will turn to be positive developments. (2) Social exclusion of female labor in China's labor market during social transformation is inevitable. (3) The negative consequences of gender exclusion in economic field can be curbed to a certain extent through the establishment and improvement of women's social security system in the public domain.
